Sesto Senso
A team experience through taste, smell, sight, hearing and touch.
The format
Everyone perceives things differently. Comparing perceptions creates an opportunity to listen and collaborate. We design a sensory journey combining observation, recognition and shared impressions. The aim is not only to find an answer, but to understand how the team reaches a shared decision.

How it unfolds
- 01Recognising aromas, flavours, sounds and materials
- 02Observation tasks and comparing perceptions
- 03Shared decisions and trust in colleagues’ contributions
Each proposal is agreed with the client: participants, duration, spaces, accessibility and equipment depend on the project.
How we work
- 01
Needs analysis
We discuss goals, company context and group characteristics, then agree constraints, budget, timing, spaces and participation needs to create a clear brief.
- 02
Idea development
We choose a theme and suitable dynamics, considering an existing format, an adaptation or a bespoke concept. Each choice connects to the agreed goals.
- 03
Project design
We turn the idea into an activity sequence, roles, materials, hosting and logistics. The programme and organisational needs are agreed, with alternatives where useful.
- 04
Activity delivery
We prepare spaces and materials, introduce the journey and support teams through the tasks. Timing and facilitation adapt to the dynamics of the group.
- 05
Final debrief
Together we reflect on what worked, decisions made and team dynamics. We connect observations to initial goals and possible lessons for everyday work.
From the first conversation to the final debrief, we build an experience aligned with your goals.
