• Requests and quotes — first name, last name, email, phone, company (optional), type of event, date, number of guests, location and the text of your request.
• Registrations for events and activities — parent's details (first name, last name, country, mobile, email), children's names and dates of birth, chosen activities, declarations and consents (for example allergies for face painting), booked tickets and seats.
• Payments — handled by Stripe (TWINT, PayPal, cards): we do not store card data.
• Technical and usage data — statistics collected with Google Analytics only if you consent to analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

• To respond to requests and prepare quotes (pre-contractual measures).
• To manage registrations, shifts, tickets and requested services (contract).
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To send marketing communications, only with your consent (see below).
• To improve the website on a statistical and aggregated basis, with your consent.

In our forms you'll find an optional checkbox to receive communications, news and commercial offers from Explosion SAGL via WhatsApp and/or email. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent registration. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@explosioneventi.ch or replying "STOP" to a WhatsApp message. WhatsApp messages are sent via Meta's WhatsApp Business.

• Website and registrations — database on European cloud infrastructure.
• Quote request portal (artist-client-portal) — the "Private request" and "Business request" forms are managed on a platform built with Emergent (Emergent Labs, USA), and the data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB Inc., USA).
• Other providers — Stripe (payments), Meta / WhatsApp Business (messages), Google (statistics, with consent), email delivery service.

Some providers may process data in the United States. In these cases the transfer takes place on the basis of the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider adheres to it, or on standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC, with appropriate security measures. Access is restricted to authorised Explosion SAGL staff.

Explosion SAGL keeps an internal record of processing activities (Art. 12 nFADP) with categories of data, purposes, recipients, retention periods and security measures. On request we provide the information that concerns you.

• Quote requests without follow-up: 24 months from the last contact.
• Registrations for events, shifts and tickets: 24 months from the event.
• Marketing contact data: until consent is withdrawn, reviewed at least every 36 months.
• Accounting and payment documents: 10 years, as required by Swiss law.
• Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.

Once the periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.

We neither sell nor transfer your data. It is disclosed only to the providers indicated above, who act as data processors, and to professionals or authorities when required by law.

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its rectification or deletion, restriction of processing, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@explosioneventi.ch: we will reply as soon as possible.

Processing is carried out in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
